Join the Yarra Riverkeeper’s litter officer and trap designer to learn about microplastic capture in our local waterways. After our walk we will return to a micro-plastic sorting activity, from a real sample taken from the Maribyrnong River. Anthony will do a short presentation and training on micro-plastics before commencing.

While you are sorting micro-plastics, hear from Angela, the Maribyrnong River and Waterways Association Education Coordinator about community aspirations and advocacy for the Maribyrnong catchment.
